So I have a dilemma people! I want to make a Razorback wreath, but I don't know if it's legal. If I buy Razorback stuff from Wal-Mart....can I put those items on my wreath and re-sell it on e-bay? I have tried to call the two lawyers in the fam but no one is helping and I tried to google it but no luck! If ANYONE can help I would like to know ASAP please, I'd appreciate it! :) : ) I'd appreciate it...

I'd say go for it. you can by re-used razorback everything else on ebay, right? if there is some copyright or trademark issue, though, I think all that can happen is that they can make you stop doing whatever it is you are doing. intellectual property simply gives one the right to stop someone else from doing something. good luck.
